The facility features a 30-bed critical care department with a dedicated cardiac ICU unit, providing comprehensive cardiac care services with strong physician and provider support.
Opportunity:
Board Certified - Critical Care/Intensive Care (Nurse Practitioner)
Job Details:
Provide critical care services in a cardiac ICU unit with 8-12 patient encounters per shift
Experience required with VA & VV ECMO, Impella, LVAD, and cardiac transplant management
Work (3) 13-hour shifts per week (7am-8pm or 7pm-8am), including night shifts, weekends, and holidays
Position is available through March 2027
Perform daily rounding and comprehensive patient management under the guidance of an Intensivist
Responsible for order entry, admissions, and post-operative management
Perform procedures including arterial lines, central lines, Swan-Ganz catheter, and IABP removal
Primarily manage HVI CCU patients
Active Pennsylvania medical license required - no IMLC accepted
Board certification required with ACLS and BLS certifications
Credentialing timeframe approximately 60-90 days

Compensation:
