Locums - Roanoke, Virginia, Nurse Practitioner Critical Care Job
Start Date: 3/15/2027
Job Duration:
6 months with option to extend
Schedule & Coverage Dates: (Nocturnist Position)
7:00 p.m.-7:00 a.m.
March 15-21, 2027 - Nights
May 10-16, 2027 - Nights
May 24-30, 2027 - Nights
Practice Setting:
Level I Trauma Facility
EMR: Epic
Procedures & Skills:
Central venous catheter placement
Arterial line placement
Thoracentesis
Chest tube and pigtail catheter insertion
Bedside ultrasounds
Flexible bronchoscopy
Management of indwelling pleural catheters
Intubation
Requirements:
Board-Certified ACNP
2 years of recent Pulmonary/Critical Care experience
Active Virginia medical license
Active Virginia DEA
Licensed candidates preferred; willing to license
