Job description
We have an immediate opening for a PA/NP to provide support in the CVICU at UT Health Tyler . Below are the details of the position:
Position: PA/NP CVICU
Facility: UT Health Tyler
Schedule: 7 AM to 7 PM, 7 days a week
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: Ongoing
Responsibilities:
Rounding in the ICU
Pre- and post-cardiac surgery care
Managing patients coming off of ventilators
Caring for patients recovering from open heart surgeries, VATS, and lung procedures
Managing an average of 20-25 patients on the service at any time
Requirements:
Active TX license
Board Certified
BLS & ACLS certification
