Job description
Gifted Healthcare seeks a Long Term Acute Care RN (LTAC RN) in New Jersey to participate in the patient assessment, intervention, and evaluation process across the care team. You will collaborate to formulate care plans that ensure optimum outcomes and continuity of care.
The role includes dispensing medications and managing critical care equipment such as chest tubes, ventilators, wound vacs, IV drips, feeding tubes, and central lines, with a focus on monitoring and evaluating patient status
