Leadership role: build an ACGME fellowship program from the ground up
Prior Program Director or Associate Program Director experience preferred
Critical Care or Pulmonary/Critical Care board certification required
Closed ICU model with Medical/Surgical, Cardiac, and Neurocritical Care ICUs
Flexible block schedule; 10 - 15 shifts per month with some nights required
Strong ICU procedural skills and bronchoscopy proficiency valued
Physician-owned and physician-led organization; 1099 independent contractor position
Active California license and academic mindset required
