MedStar Montgomery Medical Center in Olney, MD is seeking a Critical Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (Nocturnist) to join our 12-bed Medical/Surgical ICU, delivering expert ICU care with strong physician collaboration and clinical autonomy.

Nocturnists will lead Code Blue responses and Rapid Response activations, and manage unstable patients across the hospital, with a generous salary adjustor applicable to base salary or annual target.
