Job description
UMass Memorial Health seeks a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join the adult Critical Care team. You will perform comprehensive assessments, diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions, delivering expert care with autonomy while engaging in education and quality improvement initiatives.
Coverage includes 8 adult ICUs with collaboration across an interdisciplinary ICU care team; responsibilities include tests, care planning, and continuous professional development.
