Job description
Join Hartford Healthcare as a full-time Critical Care RN on our night shift team. You will provide high-acuity bedside care, monitor complex patients, administer medications, and manage ventilators and life-support equipment. Collaborate closely with physicians and an interdisciplinary team to develop and implement care plans. You’ll mentor newer nurses, maintain accurate EHR documentation, and respond rapidly to changes in patient condition.
