Hartford Healthcare seeks a dedicated Critical Care Nights nurse to deliver exceptional care to high-acuity patients in our intensive care setting. In this full-time night role, you will perform complex assessments, manage ventilators and critical infusions, respond rapidly to changes in patient status, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams. You’ll work with advanced technology, follow evidence-based protocols, and support patients and families through critical illness, all within a compassionate, team-focused, and inclusive environment that promotes growth and professional development.
