Job description
The Critical Care Nurse Residency Program at MUSC Medical University Hospital Authority Columbia trains new graduate nurses for ICU settings through supervised rotations in 4H IICU, MICU and CICU. It includes a 100-day path to a permanent unit and a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
Under general supervision, the Registered Nurse II delivers patient care using the nursing process; 3 twelve-hour shifts weekly (7p–7a) with every other weekend, and openings to advance ACLS/BLS certification during the program.
