Locum tenens Physician Associate coverage is sought on a recurring monthly basis to support ongoing clinical operations.

About the Clinician's Workday
Clinicians will provide critical care coverage during 12-hour day or night shifts at an inpatient facility in Tennessee, with shift assignments determined by local clinical need. Responsibilities include intensive monitoring and management of critically ill patients, along with performance of ICU procedures including central line placement, arterial line placement, and intubation. The multidisciplinary team structure includes 3 MDs and 3 APPs during day shifts and 1 MD and 2 APPs during night shifts to support coordinated patient care. Board certification and prescriptive authority are required for consideration.
