Job description
CompHealth in Bakersfield, CA seeks a physician leader to build an ACGME fellowship program from the ground up. This 1099 independent contractor role requires Critical Care or Pulmonary/Critical Care board certification and an active California license.
Leadership experience is essential, with a focus on managing a closed ICU model across Medical/Surgical, Cardiac, and Neurocritical Care units. Flexible scheduling and strong support from our recruiting team are provided.
