nnWork alongside fellow intensivists and acute care advanced practice providers

n nQualifications:

nnnPhysicians must be board-certified or board-eligible in Critical Care medicine. An active New Mexico license is preferred but not required.

nnA commitment to excellence in clinical service, with strong problem-solving abilities essential for the ICU setting

nnAuthorized to work in the United States

n

n nScheduling:

nnn12-hour on-site day shift; nights covered by in-house APP with tele.

n

nn15, 12-hour shifts per month, block shift schedule

n

n nKey Responsibilities:

nnnProvide care to patients in the 20-bed medical and surgical ICU in conjunction with the CT surgeon for co-management of cardiothoracic surgery patients and Sound's Tele-Critical Care.

n

nnAbility to perform all technical skills in the critical care setting.

n

nnAbility to cite experience working collaboratively within the ICU with all team members and across the hospital.
