TriStar Centennial Medical Center, a leading comprehensive healthcare provider in Nashville, Tennessee, is seeking a dedicated Critical Care Resource Nurse to join our dynamic team in the Critical Care Unit. This specialized role is designed for a highly skilled nurse who provides expert care to patients in critical conditions while also supporting and educating other nursing staff. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in critical care nursing, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to work effectively under pressure. This position involves direct patient care, implementation of patient care plans, and participation in critical decision-making processes alongside physicians and other healthcare professionals. It also encompasses the role of a mentor and educator for less experienced nurses in the unit.
