Baptist Health Arkansas is seeking an RN for the Specialty Critical Care - Critical Care Resource Team. The role emphasizes safe, compassionate patient care with strong critical thinking and teamwork.
New graduates or RNs in good standing licensed in Arkansas are welcome; BSN preferred. CPR is required; ACLS/PALS/NALS training may be required and provided to support specialty education.
