Job description
Capital Health in New Jersey is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to establish and manage mechanical ventilation and develop daily care plans for ventilator patients.
The position requires an Associate’s degree in respiratory therapy with RRT credentials; two years of clinical experience is preferred; ACLS/BLS/NRP certifications are required. The role includes 12-hour shifts and a strong emphasis on critical thinking and collaboration.
