MetroHealth in Ohio is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Critical Care Step Down Unit, 7 West. The role supports a 24-bed unit with a 5:1 patient ratio, using telemetry and central lines for high-acuity care.

The full-time position features rotating shifts (7a-7p/7p-7a) with weekends/holidays. Sign-on bonuses up to $10,000 for experienced RNs and $5,000 for new grads are available, with tuition reimbursement and OPERS benefits.
