Job description
FMOL Health in Lafayette, LA is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver safe, holistic care across the patient continuum. You will integrate knowledge and experience to meet patient and family education needs within your licensure scope.
Responsibilities include care management, assessments, planning, education, discharge planning, and collaboration with the care team to optimize outcomes. Requires active Louisiana RN license and BLS/ACLS/PALS within the first year.
