Job description
Alta Hospital in California is seeking an RN in the Float Pool to provide care across acute and complex units. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to implement plans of care and advocate for patients throughout the continuum of care.
Responsibilities include professional clinical practice, care planning, collaboration, and compassionate communication with patients and families. Eligible for a $25,000 sign-on bonus; shifts include evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
