Job description
Baptist Health Arkansas is looking for a registered nurse to provide safe and compassionate patient care utilizing the nursing process. The nurse will be responsible for demonstrating clinical competence and critical thinking while working closely with the healthcare team.
The ideal candidate must be a new RN graduate from an accredited program or hold a valid RN license in Arkansas. A BSN is preferred, and applicants are expected to maintain CPR certification while some specialty training will be provided.
