Job description
VCU Health's Medical Respiratory Intensive Care Unit (MRICU) is a 28-bed adult ICU, focused on multisystem organ failure and complex pulmonary care. The unit fosters interprofessional collaboration to translate evidence-based practice, quality improvement and research into bedside care for sepsis, DKA, pneumonia and related organ dysfunction.
Clinical Nurse I–III roles deliver direct patient care across shifts, with leadership responsibilities.
