Job description
MetroHealth is seeking a registered nurse for the Critical Care Step-Down Unit, 7 West. The unit handles congestive heart failure, COPD, DKA and sepsis, with a 5:1 patient-to-nurse ratio and advanced telemetry monitoring.
The role involves partnering with PCNAs, interns, and providers to deliver high-quality care in a fast-paced environment, with rotating weekends/holidays and opportunities for tuition reimbursement and certification incentives.
