Job description
A dynamic role awaits an experienced Critical Care Board-Certified Advanced Practice Provider in a bustling medical facility. This position involves managing critical care cardiac ICU patients, including specific procedures and systems such as VA & VV ECMO, Impella, LVAD, and supporting cardiac transplants. The schedule offers flexibility with three 13-hour shifts weekly, encompassing nights, weekends, and holidays through March 2027.

Schedule: Rotating, (3) 13-hour shifts per week, 7:00 AM - 8:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 8:00 AM

Job Responsibilities Manage HVI CCU patients under the guidance of an Intensivist
Conduct daily rounding, patient management, and order entry
Handle admissions and postoperative management
Perform procedures such as arterial lines, central lines, Swan-Ganz catheter insertions, and IABP removal
Qualifications Board Certification required
Certifications: ACLS and BLS
Experience in critical care cardiac ICU settings
Working Hours Three 13-hour shifts per week
Rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
Skills Proficiency in managing cardiac ICU patients and critical care procedures
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-acuity setting
