Overnight trauma surgery. High-acuity. One of Colorado's leading Level II trauma centers. Three NP openings + three PA openings available.

Type: Full-Time Permanent 3 NP + 3 PA openings

Setting: Trauma & Acute Care Surgery Nocturnist

12-hour overnight shifts 7:00 PM 7:00 AM

EMR: Epic

No visa sponsorship No locum Permanent only

Min. 2 years trauma surgery experience OR surgical fellowship required

Compensation & Benefits:

$136,822 $179,379 annually

Up to $10,000/year QVIP quality incentive

What You'll Do:

Full-spectrum trauma + acute care surgical services overnight

Trauma admissions, emergency general surgery & inpatient care

Evaluate patients, develop care plans, interpret diagnostics

Support trauma surgeons with procedures & ongoing management

Autonomous practice managing complex, high-acuity patients

Epic EMR documentation

Requirements NP:

ANCC or AANPCB certified NP

Active Colorado NP license

BLS & DEA eligible

Min. 2 years trauma surgery experience OR surgical fellowship

Requirements PA:

NCCPA certified PA no exceptions

Active Colorado PA license

BLS & DEA eligible

Min. 2 years trauma surgery experience OR surgical fellowship

Both roles: No visa No locum No new grads Clean malpractice NPDB within 30 days
