Job description
1-800-FLOWERS.COM, INC. is seeking a Sr. Manager of CRM, Email and SMS Activation to lead revenue-driven campaigns across Email and SMS.
This role will own the activation plan, coordinate with CRM Ops for builds, and continuously optimize campaigns to achieve targets. You will partner with CRM Strategy, Loyalty, Creative, Analytics, Brand, and CRM Operations to ensure campaigns are correctly set up, measured, and improved through structured test-and-learn.
