Job description
HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is seeking CRNAs to join the established and collaborative team at HCA Florida Fawcett Hospital in Port Charlotte Florida.
This is a strong opportunity for both experienced CRNAs and new graduates seeking a supportive environment with autonomy, case variety, and long term growth.
Position Highlights
Anesthesia care team model with 7 anesthesiologists including 3 cardiac and 15 CRNAs
Coverage includes 10 ORs plus Cath Lab Interventional Radiology and Endoscopy
Approximately 8000 annual cases
Diverse case mix including cardiac ortho general surgery endoscopy neuro spine vascular and robotics
No pediatrics no obstetrics and no trauma
CRNAs practice at top of license with autonomy
Perform blocks lines and airway management with demonstrated proficiency
Schedule and Call
Four 10 hour shifts per week
One weekday late shift per week
Beeper call for additional compensation
If called in cases are typically emergent
Physician always on site
Compensation and Benefits
Competitive tiered base salary plus 40000 geographic stipend
15000 additional stipend for cardiac proficiency
Up to 75000 start bonus and relocation assistance available
Eight weeks time away from practice with no waiting period
Premium pay for extra shifts or extended hours
