10 Weeks Off – 90 Min to Tulsa – $300K & Leave Early Often - CRNA
Enjoy a Permanent CRNA position with a collaborative anesthesia team just an hour and a half from Tulsa. You’ll enjoy 10 weeks off per year, a $300,000 base and plenty of early days.
Position Highlights:
Permanent role paid as an independent contractor
A nice mix of cases including General, GI, ENT, Ortho, OB/GYN
Optional to pick up work for extra income
Tight-knit, supportive anesthesia team
Live in an affordable, family-friendly community with a revitalized downtown, historic landmarks, and nearby lakes for outdoor recreation—while keeping Tulsa’s big-city amenities within reach.
