JOB OVERVIEW Job Id: L-CRNA-23613 Profession: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Specialty: CRNA - General Job Type: Full-Time Location: Kokomo, IN 46902 Service Setting: Inpatient, Outpatient Coverage Type: Clinical Only Reason for Coverage: Supplemental Coverage Period: ASAP - Ongoing Start Date: ASAP PATIENT POPULATION & SCOPE Average Daily Volume: 5 FACILITY & TEAM DETAILS EMR System: Epic Support Staff: RNs: 1, MAs: 1, Office Staff: 2 Hospital Privileges Required: Yes COMPENSATION & PERMANENT BENEFITS Base Salary: $274,830.40 annually Incentive Bonus: $25,000 sign-on bonus with two-year commitment Relocation Assistance: Available details TBD CME Allowance: Available details TBD PTO & Holidays: Per employer policy Medical, Dental, Vision: Comprehensive benefits package available 401(k) or 403(b) with match: Available details TBD Life & Disability Coverage: Available details TBD Malpractice Insurance (with Tail): Covered REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS Board Status: Board Certified required State License: IN License required or Universal License (IMLC) Certifications: BLS, ACLS, ABLS DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care for a variety of surgical cases including obstetrics, neurosurgery, open heart, thoracic, and complex orthopedics. Perform preoperative assessments, develop anesthesia plans, and obtain informed consent. Monitor patients intraoperatively and manage ventilation, volume status, and hemodynamics. Insert central lines, arterial lines, and PA catheters as needed; manage post-operative pain including epidurals and extremity blocks. Provide emergency airway management, resuscitation, and CRNA supervision when required.
