JOB OVERVIEW Job Title: CRNA Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Job Type: Permanent Full-Time (0.8 FTE and above) Location: Munster, IN Service Setting: Hospital (28 ORs including GI suites, Cath Labs, IR) Schedule: 40 hours/week; 1 weekend/month On-Call Expectations: 1 weekend/month Start Date: Negotiable upon credentialing PATIENT POPULATION & SCOPE Patient Demographics: Adult Average Daily Volume / Census: 210 procedures per day Admissions & Rounding: Not applicable Consults & Follow-Ups: As needed Case Mix/Clinical Focus Areas: OR, GI, Cath Lab, IR anesthesia FACILITY & TEAM DETAILS Beds in Department/Unit: 400-bed regional hospital Trauma Designation: Not specified EMR System: Not specified Specialty Backup: Full surgical and procedural support Support Staff: Long-standing hospital-employed anesthesia group Leadership & Reporting Structure: Over 25 years in system with excellent interdepartmental collaboration Reason for Opening: Increased clinical volume CREDENTIALING & COMPLIANCE Board Requirements: Certified and licensed CRNA DEA & Certifications: Required Credentialing Timeline: Standard hospital process Visa Sponsorship: Not specified COMPENSATION &
