Job Details: Coverage Dates: ASAP - Ongoing Shift Description: Monday to Friday, 6:30am-3pm w/30 min unpaid lunch (flexibility required) # of Providers Needed: 1 Shift Type: Days On Call Requirements: Yes MANDATED Job Requirements: NBCRNA - Required Active IA license - Highly Preferred Local candidates - Highly Preferred Clean malpractice/background - Highly Preferred BLS, ACLS, PALS, CSR, DEA - Required Comfortable with all Scopes of Practice - Required Comfortable working independently - Required Provider must be vaccinated for Covid-19 - Required Certification Requirements: Board Certified License Requirements: Iowa Job Description: Looking for Locums CRNA Providers to provide consistent coverage at multiple locations starting ASAP!
