Quick Facts Location: Henry Ford Health Center, 23050 West Road, Brownstown Township, MI 48183 Start Date: TBD Duration: Full-time permanent position Shift: Day shifts, on-call, weekends (rotating schedule) Hours/Week: Located per shift schedule Employment Type: Full-Time Licensure/Certifications: Valid RN license, current BLS, ACLS, NBCRNA certification; H1B & J1 visa candidates welcome Experience: No specific minimum, but must not be a new graduate; experienced providers preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $1.00 (based on available data) Sign-On Bonus: $40,000 Pay package discussed upon application Benefits include: Health, dental, and vision insurance Retirement plans Malpractice coverage Paid time off Covered interview expenses Visa sponsorship available What You ll Do Provide comprehensive anesthesia care in inpatient and outpatient settings across multiple sites Conduct preoperative evaluations and develop personalized anesthesia plans Administer anesthesia during surgical, diagnostic, and therapeutic procedures Monitor patient vital signs and anesthesia quality intraoperatively Manage post-anesthesia recovery, pain, and immediate postoperative care Collaborate with surgical teams, nurses, and specialists to ensure patient safety and high-quality care Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC EMR complying with hospital and regulatory standards Support staffing needs during periods of shortage Engage in ongoing education and maintain required certifications (BLS, ACLS, NBCRNA) What You Need Required: Valid RN license in Michigan or eligible for licensure Current NBCRNA certification BLS and ACLS certifications At least some post-graduate experience as a CRNA (not accepting new graduates) Ability to travel to multiple locations as needed Open to H1B and J1 visa candidates Preferred: Experience providing anesthesia in similar practice environments Strong collaborative skills About the Assignment Join a dedicated anesthesia team at a prominent hospital system in Brownstown Township, Michigan.
