Job Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Dearborn, MI Why Apply? Quick Facts Location: Dearborn, MI Henry Ford Dearborn Surgery Center Start Date: ASAP / Flexible based on candidate availability Duration: Full-Time, ongoing opportunity Shift: Typical shifts included; no alternative shift options available Hours/week: 40 hours Employment Type: Full-time License/Certs: Michigan State RN License, NBCRNA Certified Experience: No recent graduates or lapsed certifications; minimum 2 years of CRNA experience required Pay & Benefits Pay Rate: $1.00/hour (not indicative of actual compensation; details discussed at interview) Sign-on Bonus: $40,000 Benefits: Family-forming benefits including paid parental leave, adoption, donor assistance, and fertility benefits 403(b) retirement plan with 3.5% match Medical, dental, and vision coverage options, including HSA, FSA, DCFSA What You ll Do Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized plans Administer anesthesia (general, regional, monitored) in collaboration with surgical teams Monitor patients during procedures and manage anesthesia-related issues Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management Document care accurately per policies and standards Manage anesthesia for patients across all ages, including pediatrics and geriatrics Perform airway management as required Travel to other ambulatory sites as needed What You Need Valid Michigan RN license, NBCRNA certification (NO Lapsed or new certifications accepted) Minimum 2+ years of CRNA experience in a clinical setting Ability to perform airway management and handle diverse surgical cases Open to H1B and J1 Visa candidates About the Assignment Join a dedicated anesthesia team specializing in high-quality, fast-paced care across various surgical specialties, including orthopedics, plastics, urology, gynecology, ophthalmology, and general surgeries.
