Job Title: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) - Novi, MI Why Apply? Quick Facts Location: Novi, MI (39450 West 12 Mile Road) Start Date: ASAP (flexible) End Date/Duration: Contract ongoing or as specified Shift: Flexible, details TBD Hours/week: As required by the facility Employment Type: Full-Time License/Certs: Michigan RN license, ACLS, BLS, NBCRNA certification (required) Experience: No recent grads; minimum 2+ years CRNA experience required Pay & Benefits Pay package discussed upon application Competitive salary based on experience Sign-On Bonus: $40,000 (full-time) Benefits include: Medical, dental, vision insurance; 403(b) retirement plan with 3.5% match; Paid parental leave; Adoption and donor assistance; Fertility healthcare benefits Travel to multiple ambulatory sites as needed What You ll Do Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and create personalized anesthesia care plans Administer anesthesia (general, regional, monitored anesthesia care) in collaboration with surgical teams Monitor patients during procedures, managing any anesthesia-related complications Provide postoperative pain management and recovery care Deliver anesthesia services to patients of all ages, including pediatrics and geriatrics Manage airway and ventilation support throughout procedures Travel to various outpatient sites as required, supporting multiple case types including orthopedics, plastic surgery, urology, GYN, ophthalmology, and more What You Need Required: Current Michigan RN license or ability to obtain one NBCRNA certification (Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist) ACLS, BLS certifications Minimum 2+ years CRNA experience Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced outpatient environment Preferred: Experience with a variety of surgical cases and patient ages Adaptive to travel across multiple sites About the Assignment Join a leading outpatient facility in Novi, Michigan, dedicated to safe, high-quality anesthesia care across diverse outpatient procedures.
