Practice Setting: Anesthesia coverage for the hospitalSchedule (Shifts/Hours): March and April Dates:6:45a-3:15p (with .5 lunch 8hr total) and 6:45a-5:15p (with .5 lunch 10hr total)Call Preferred - Not required - Weekend call is Fri (3p or 7p) to Mon (7a). Mon-Thur call is 7a-7a.Documentation System/EMR: MeditechAverage Number of Surgical Cases Per Day: TBD, call coverage onlyTrauma Level/Designation: Trauma Level 4Annual ER Volume: Approximately 19,000 annually Description of OR Staff: Traditional tech, RNNumber of Operating Rooms: 5 OR's 2 procedure roomsWill you accept Providers Needing to Obtain State License?: Yes
