Quick Facts: Location: Duluth, MN Start Date: 09/10/2026 Duration: Open-ended; ongoing Shift: Mon-Fri 8/10/12 hours; weekends 12/16 hours (with options) Hours/Week: Varies based on shift schedule Employment Type: Per Diem/Contract License/Certs: Current MN RN Anesthetist license, BLS/ACLS, NBCRNA certification Experience: 1+ years preferred Pay & Benefits: Hourly Rate: $245 $310 (based on experience and qualifications) Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical insurance (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable 24/7 dedicated team supporting your success What You ll Do: Provide both medically directed and independent anesthesia care across a variety of surgical and diagnostic settings Manage cases including general, outpatient, and trauma surgeries, as well as procedures in cath labs, GI, EP, MRI, and CT Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams to ensure patient safety and comfort Conduct preoperative assessments and post-operative care Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all clinical policies Contribute to a busy surgical schedule at a Level I trauma center, supporting all age groups What You Need: Current Minnesota RN Anesthetist license or ability to obtain Graduate of an accredited nurse anesthesia program (Master s or Doctorate) Certification from the NBCRNA BLS/ACLS certifications At least 1 year of anesthesia experience preferred Strong communication and teamwork skills About the Assignment: Join a dynamic and reputable healthcare facility in Duluth, Minnesota, known for its high-acuity trauma center and diverse surgical services.
