Quick Facts Location: West Plains, MO (1100 North Kentucky Avenue) Start Date: 12/01/2026 End Date: 03/02/2027 Shift: Day shift, 5x8-hour (08:00 - 05:00) Hours/week: 40 hours Employment Type: Contract License/Certs: Active CRNA license required Experience: Prior anesthesia experience preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $230.10 Benefits: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay schedule via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time per applicable laws Licensure, certification, travel, and other reimbursements when applicable What You ll Do Provide anesthesia services for OB and general surgery cases Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop anesthesia plans Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthesia accordingly Maintain patient safety and comfort throughout procedures Document patient care and anesthesia records accurately Cover scheduled shifts and optional call duties as needed What You Need Required: Valid CRNA license in Missouri or eligible for licensure Proven experience with OB and general anesthesia cases Strong communication and teamwork skills Preferred: Experience in a hospital setting preferred Ability to adapt to diverse patient needs About the Assignment This position is with a reputable facility in West Plains, Missouri, known for its supportive environment and diverse medical cases. You will work alongside a dedicated team providing anesthesia coverage from December through early March 2027, with an opportunity for optional call.
