CRNA needed in Silver City, NMStart: ASAP after credentialingRate: $215/hr plus full travel/lodging and malpractice coverageAll CRNA practiceProcedures: OB/GYN, General, Ophthalmology, OrthoSchedule: 7am-3:30pm/call hours: 3:30pm-7am, 4 weeks on/1 week offCall: Every 4th night and 5th weekendEMR: MedAxionBy NM mandate, must have Covid vaccine or follow exemption requirements.Must be block proficient and have NM controlled substance license
