Quick Facts Location: Lima, Ohio Start Date: Flexible, upon credentialing ( 30 days) End Date/Duration: Permanent position Shift: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm (flexible end time); options for 8 or 10-hour shifts, potential for 12s Hours/week: 40 hours (full-time) Employment Type: Full-time License/Certs: Ohio RN license, Board Certified in anesthesia, ACLS, BLS, PALS Experience: Open to new graduate candidates and experienced CRNAs Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (please discuss salary expectations during interview) Pay package discussed upon application Relocation assistance available for qualifying moves $100,000 in student loan repayment for 5-year contracts (pro-rated for shorter contracts) Comprehensive health insurance (HMO, PPO, HDHP options), dental, and vision coverage Flexible spending and health savings accounts Basic & supplemental life insurance 401(k) retirement plan Short-term and long-term disability coverage Paid Time Off: 280 hours per calendar year Tuition reimbursement and scholarship opportunities Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Perks include free YMCA membership, hospital discount, cafeteria discount, and a recognition banquet What You ll Do Provide anesthesia care across multiple surgical specialties, including general, MAC, and TIVA procedures Conduct pre-operative assessments, inductions, and emergences Administer nerve blocks and collaborate with anesthesia team Support trauma cases in a Level II trauma center with 12 operating rooms Participate in Pain Management cases, including one dedicated day per week in the OR Maintain documentation via Meditech and Spectrum Anesthesia EMR systems Practice independently with strong supervision and collaborative support from anesthesiologists Contribute to a dynamic team in a well-organized, technology-enabled environment What You Need Required: Ohio RN license and Certification in Nurse Anesthesia (Board Certified) ACLS, BLS, PALS certifications Ability to work independently on anesthesia procedures Recent graduates encouraged to apply Preferred: Experience performing general anesthesia, nerve blocks, and TIVA procedures Strong team communication skills Positive attitude and adaptability About the Assignment This role is based at a reputable hospital in Lima, Ohio, offering a broad mix of surgical cases and a patient demographic mainly consisting of adults, with some pediatric cases such as BMT and T&A.
