Call scheduled? Tuesday and Wednesday (3 p.m. - 7 a.m.)
Call Response time: 20 mins
Any supervision? No - SOLO Provider
Type of cases required: Endo, general, ortho, acute pain mgmt
Spinals, Blocks, Epidurals - must be proficient: Yes
Caselogs required: Yes - proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks
Number of providers during the day: 1
Facility Specifics: Number of ORs: 2
Number of Endo Room: 0
Number of CV Room: 0
Number of Catho Lab Room: 0
Number of IR Room: 0
EMR System: EPIC
Vaccination Required Need to be vaccinated / accepting religious / medical exemptions
Credentialing Timeframe: 30-60 days
