Job description
We are seeking experienced CRNAs to join our anesthesia care team serving diverse communities.
Responsibilities Include
Managing and evaluating adult and pediatric patients
Assisting with therapeutic and diagnostic procedures
Interpreting diagnostic tests and prescribing medications
Consulting, participating in research, and educating SRNAs
Providing anesthesia services in various settings, including OB with minimal weekend commitment
Qualifications
Current Board Certification and Arizona CRNA License or eligibility
Up-to-date CPR, BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Experience or readiness to perform epidural and spinal anesthesia for OB
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
Skills
Attention to detail and excellent communication
Ability to handle challenging clinical situations
Collaborative team player with a focus on patient safety
Compensation & Benefits
Maximum salary of $275,000 plus incentives
