Compensation & Benefits:
Annual base compensation $301,600
Commencement Bonus $30,000 for 2 year commitment
6 weeks paid time off | 46 weeks of service
CME - Up to $3,000
Relocation Allowance if relocating from out of State or area

Practice Environment:
Multi-Specialty Outpatient Surgery Center
4 ORs, 2-3 Endo Rooms
Same Day Surgery Case mix: GI/Endo- 4,800 cases annually, Surgical- 4,600 cases annually including General, Ortho, Uro, Plastics, etc
Case mix: GI/Endo- 4,800 cases annually, Surgical- 4,600 cases annually, Ortho, Uro, Plastics – your standard outpatient cases
