Job description
Fusion Health in Indiana is seeking a CRNA for a locum Tenens assignment starting 02 November 2026. Flexible 8-, 10-, or 12-hour shifts with no on-call requirement; GI/OR coverage. Trauma Level II designation, Epic EMR, and a 298-bed facility.
Credentialing is anticipated in 6–8 weeks. Candidates must have BC or BE and clean malpractice history. Indiana license not required at submission; licensure is possible during the process.
