Choose the Compensation Model That Fits Your Lifestyle Experience-based salary structure: $243,000 to $290,000
Option to waive benefits for increased compensation: $279,000 to $327,000

Qualifications NC RN License
Completion of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia program
