Job Description
HCA Healthcare Anesthesia Services is currently seeking CRNAs to join the Anesthesia team at HCA Memorial Health University Medical Center, a Level I Trauma Center in beautiful Savannah, Georgia. This dynamic team as been growing over the past year since transitioning to a hospital employed model and is thriving under strong, supportive leadership. New grads that are interested in a wide variety of cases/complexities and who want to grow their skill set and experience are encouraged to apply!
Highlights/Qualified Candidates:
• Anesthesia Care Team Model of 18 General Anesthesiologists including 3 CV Anesthesiologists and 60 APPs covering 27 sites of service
• Diverse mix of cases including Trauma, Cardiac, Complex Neuro/Spine, OB/GYN, General, Orthopedics, Urology, GI and Pediatrics (NOTE: Candidates must be proficient in and willing to work with Pediatrics and all Trauma cases including complex neuro.)
• Annual surgical volume 24,000+ cases and 3000+ OB cases
• Flexible schedule of 8/10/12 hour shifts available. Shift differentials may apply.
• Practice top of license with demonstrated proficiency
Incentive and Benefits Package:
• W2, Hospital-employed position with no restrictive covenant
• $75k Start Date bonus offered with early sign on option up to 14 months prior to starting work
• Competitive compensation package, based on years of experience PLUS $20k trauma stipend.
• Specialty Skill stipends for Complex Neuro, Pediatrics, and Cardiac offered.
• Premium pay if clinician stays past agreed upon shift or opts to pick up extra shift(s).
