Work Dates Needed: December 30, February 15-19, April 5-9 (x2), April 19-23 (x2), April 27-30, May 3-7, May 10-14, May 17-21, May 24-28 (x2), May 31-June 4
Preferred Schedule: 4 weeks on/1 week off 7a-3p with call 3p-7a
Worksite Setting: Hospital
Scope of Work: ENDO, Peds, Urology, ENT, General, Ortho, OB/GYN, Ophthalmology
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active GA license, ACLS, BLS, PALS
