Job description
PRACTICE DETAILS
Full-time, permanent hospital-employed position
Work 35 weeks / off 17 weeks annually
Monday-Friday 7:30-3:00 and take call 1:3 rotation (approximately 3 a week)
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS Hospital-Employed
$230,000 for W2 or $260,000 for 1099
Relocation - up to $10k
Sign-on bonus - $20k

403b with company match
5 CME days
$3,500 CME allowance
