Job description
Foundation Health in Fairbanks, Alaska is seeking a full-time Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our Anesthesia team, offering a rare schedule of 3 weeks on, 2 weeks off.
This position provides a salary between $315K-$378K, a $40K sign-on bonus, and numerous benefits, including $5,000 for CME and coverage for malpractice insurance.
