Guaranteed Salary; you choose either Hospital-employee or 1099 contractor Relocation: Up to $10,000 Excellent Health, Dental, Vision Benefits 403B and 457 with a 3.5% hospital match Kansas Public Employees Retirement System (KPERS) RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS 25-bed Critical Access Hospital Schedule: Work 2 weeks on then 2 weeks off On-call for OB deliveries - averages 80 deliveries a year Cases: ENT, Orthopedics, General Surgeries, Scopes, Endoscopic Procedures, Ophthalmology, Urology QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS National Board of Certification and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA) Candidates with some Experience Welcomed Cultural Fit: Live in a location with the 4 seasons, enjoys working in a rural area, being a team player Awarded the Top 20 Critical Access Hospita l in the United States.
