Job description
Role Overview: This inpatient physician position involves providing coverage across four locations near Memphis, including one in Olive Branch, MS.
Responsibilities
Performing a variety of cases such as GS, Orthopedics, ENT, Vascular, Urology, Gynecology, Gastroenterology, Cath lab, and IR.
Working primarily Monday through Friday with limited weekend shifts.
Handling mostly 10-hour shifts, with some 12-hour shifts and occasional 24-hour shifts.
Qualifications & Skills
Board Certified (BC).
Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS.
Experience with Cerner EMR, with a transition to Epic.
Key Duties: Provide inpatient coverage, ensure patient safety, and adapt to EMR systems. Delta Locum Tenens can assist with travel, credentialing, and malpractice coverage.
