Highlights Location: Phoenix, AZ
Setting: Level I Trauma
Start Date: 2/16/2026
Schedule: 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM 7:00 AM)
Must be flexible for days, nights, and at least one weekend per month
Night coverage: 3 6 shifts/month (OB or OR)
Coverage: Scheduled only
Assignment Length: 26 weeks
Employment Type: Locum Tenens (1099)
Pay Range:
$200 $240/hr (call to discuss structure)

Minimum 1 year CRNA experience in hospital setting
OB experience required
ACLS, BLS, PALS preferred
